Terms of delivery
City walks Gouda is an organization that provides city walks for groups in Gouda. Historically sound walks led by a professional guide. The guides have all successfully completed the Goldologist training and obtained the certificate. The guides regularly supplement their knowledge.
The walks are run within a pre-agreed time. The guest can choose from several different walks, each with a different subject.
The walks always start in front of the Historic Town Hall on the Markt. On request, we could pick you up as a group at another location in the city.
You can book a group walk from 2 to 15 people per guide.
A maximum of 15 people per guide has been set to improve the understanding of the guide and in particular the safety for you and the guide.
You are responsible for your own safety during the walk, you walk on the public road and must observe the traffic rules.
The guide will do everything in his power to make the walk pleasant.
The walk is only final when we have confirmed your request in writing by e-mail.
We do not use a deposit in advance when booking a walk.
In the unlikely event that you are unable to attend the walk, we expect cancellation at least one week before the agreed date.
We appreciate that you will walk the walk at a different time.
Packages
Other/additional rules apply to Packages.
We ask for a deposit when booking a package.
You will transfer an amount per person to us seven days before the walking date.
We take no responsibility for the other parties that participate in these arrangements.
Not even with regard to safety, you usually go into production areas with machinery.

Gouda City Walks processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide them to us yourself.

Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have parental or guardian permission. However, we cannot check whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore advise parents to be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent.
